🆕 What’s New At CogAbility: LLM-Based Process Automation

We created a new CogBot course that updates 250k customer addresses using LLMs and the open source automation platform, n8n.

Every government agency is challenged to keep their customer database up to date. People move, get divorced, and change their names. Typically, the number of corrections is manageable - but not always.

For this county agency, the challenge was huge: they needed to locate the current addresses of 250,000 customers so they could mail them refund checks covering many years. And time was of the essence.

So they turned to CogAbility to automate the address update process using AI.

In 90 days, we successfully automated the address update process using OpenAI models and n8n. The process accesses a mix of government systems and public websites to identify each party’s latest mailing address.

To help with QA, we created a dashboard that describes every step taken and explains how each new address was identified & approved (or not).

Address Validation Dashboard

Why This Matters:

This new CogBot course demonstrates the power of using LLMs in high-volume process automation.

Modern LLMs explain how they make decisions in plain English, leading to richer audit trails and more useful feedback for your team. In addition, they reason well on simple tasks, making the process less likely to fail.

💪 Interesting in learning how AI can empower your team?

Our recently-updated CogUniversity Course Catalog describes the 18 jobs CogBots are doing for government agencies today.

Discounts apply for existing customers and multi-course purchases.
